Registering with Betika is quick and easy — the whole process takes under 3 minutes. Click the Register at the top right corner of the website. Fill in the form with your full name, a valid email address, your Malaysian phone number (+60), and choose a username and strong password. Confirm that you are at least 18 years old, agree to the Terms & Conditions, then click Submit. A verification email will be sent within 5 minutes — click the link in that email to fully activate your account.

The minimum age to open a Betika account and play is 18 years old. This is a strict requirement with no exceptions. Betika enforces a rigorous responsible gambling policy, and any account found to belong to an underage user will be closed immediately. No. Each user is only permitted to hold one account only at Betika. Holding multiple accounts is a violation of the Terms & Conditions and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts along with a balance freeze. Yes, you may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team at support@betika-jit.com. Please ensure all remaining balance has been withdrawn before the request is processed. Accounts closed at your own request cannot be reopened — you will need to register again if you wish to play on Betika in the future.

Log In

Issues and questions related to logging in to your Betika account.

Go to page Log In Betika. Enter your registered email or username along with your password, then click the Log In Now. You can also log in using OTP – enter your Malaysian phone number and a 6-digit code will be sent to your phone within seconds.

Click the link Forgot password? on the login page. Enter your registered email address and click Send Recovery Link. Check your email inbox within 5 minutes — click the recovery link to set a new password. If the email doesn't arrive, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team.

As a security measure, Betika temporarily locks your account after 5 consecutive failed password attempts. Please wait 15 minutes before trying again. If the issue persists, use the password reset function or contact our support team at support@betika-jit.com to have your account unlocked.

2FA is an additional security layer that requires you to verify your identity via a one-time OTP code each time you log in. To enable it, go to Profile > Security Settings > Enable 2FA. Enter your Malaysian phone number and verify with the OTP code received. Once activated, every login will require a 6-digit code sent to your phone.

To keep your account secure, your Betika session will automatically time out after a period of inactivity. Use the Remember me for 30 days on the login form if you are using a personal device to avoid having to log in repeatedly. Avoid enabling this option on public computers or shared devices.

Deposit

Withdrawal

Log in to your Betika account and go to Dashboard > Withdrawal. Select your withdrawal method (Malaysian bank account, DuitNow or eWallet), enter the amount you wish to withdraw and your recipient account details, then confirm the request. Withdrawals to eWallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay) are typically processed within 1–3 hours. Withdrawals to Malaysian bank accounts via DuitNow or standard bank transfer take 1–24 hours on business days.
